"It is absurd that we do not provide basic survival necessities to everyone. The burden of such an endeavor is minimal. Currently, society rewards inefficiency because it creates more "work" to be done. There is a belief that we must earn a living. The common complaint being "If people don't have to work, they'll just be lazy and do nothing." This is simply not true. The less we worry about survival, the more we accomplish. What would our scientists create if they didn't have to "earn a living"? How incredible would our actors and directors be if they didn't have to worry about recouping their production costs? What would YOU do if you knew you'd never have to worry about survival? There is a simple fact that many who oppose this idea do not accept. We crave a feeling of importance. We crave it more than we crave food. Money currently provides that feeling for many, and they dread to lose it. TL;DR: If all you needed to live was freely available, what would you do?"

"Hello there! I study architecture {hopefully graduating in September:)} in Technical University of Crete. My thesis, which I am still working on, is about a world where there is no money. This is my diploma project. Elimination of the financial element in societies, comes with tremendous impact on every single aspect of life. My thesis -which i am wrighting at the moment- explores the problems but also suggests solutions in as many problems as possible, which naturally emerge from this socio-(non)economic shift. Architecture combined with other fields of science, is the way humanity will face the upcoming change in the world. I believe that many problematic aspects of this "money uninstallation" are exposed and solved in my thesis, where problems are investigated in depth. Actually, I am trying very hard to "look into the future" and fantasize the times-to-come. Let me know if you wish further communication between us. Hoping for a better world :D Stathis Vlachiotis"

"With caveats, I agree with all your principles. How we achieve these is, as always, the stumbling block. I work to promote many of the principles but can only do as much as other people, with their caveats will allow; I find this scope very limited."

"Regarding #2 - No GMO's, and the goal of 100% organic permaculture cultivation. The banning and elimination/conversion of all pesticides and herbicides. Regarding #3 - No exclusive private ownership of natural property (land, water, resources); only exclusive use of individual dwelling spaces. Re #4 - No countries, nation-states, or commonwealths at all. No central governments, only a global network of community organizations. Re #5 - Children learn at their own pace, and learn what they choose to. No money=no business=no 'careers'. Homeschooling or community schooling, or combination, is option of parents and children. Re #7 - Fabrication of all products ONLY with recycled and/or fully biodegradable materials. Re #8 - Only challenge to improve collective life; greatest 'rewards' for creative solutions in all areas (to provide motivation to those who need that)."

"The books of Neale Donald Walsch, "conversations with God" addresses this very subject and others similar to this. That I believe Should be studied first before proceeding with this great ideal. What will surprise so many of us , is the number if those in the 98 percentile won't sign something like this out of fear of implication!"
