"Many people will ask: " Where's the incentive? Why would people bother showing up for work if they don't get paid?". This question assumes that money is the only effective motivation available to us but nothing could be further from the truth. Think about it, how many things do you do on a daily basis with no expectation of monetary reward? You wouldn't charge someone for holding the door open for them, would you? How about helping Grandma mow her yard? The simple fact is our current culture and society tells us that you should never do anything for free; the exceptions being for family/close friends or only if it's relatively effortless on your part. What this philosophy fails to recognize is that we are ALL part of the Human family. The Earth is everybody's country and any borders drawn, aside from our atmosphere, hide this simple truth. The incentive is that you want a good life, just like everybody else, so you work towards that goal, with everybody else. It's just, fair."
